Simply upload your pet’s photo on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Make sure the face is clearly visible for best results. Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is fully visible. Avoid blurry images, heavy shadows, or photos taken from far away.
Each item is custom-made. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping.
Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production, depending on your location.
Since every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for design reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge. If you want to change photo or name after ordering - contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll be happy to update it.
